The program is 1 year and consists of 5 blocks;
- Block 1 - Business For SDGs
- Block 2 - DE&I Change Leader
- Block 3 - Certified Impact Auditor
- Block 4 - Business For Circularity
- Block 5 - Transformational Leader
All blocks are digital online courses with live group coaching sessions (on zoom) every second week. The courses are done at your own pace. On average, it takes about 9 weeks to complete each course/block if you put in about 8 hours a week. The course material is in English and consist of pre-recorded video lectures that you also can download as an audio file and pdf.
Pre- Requirement
- You're able to download the course as an app and you're able to do the lectures anytime and anywhere.
- The courses are built on the Train-the Trainer concept -meaning you apply your newly acquired knowledge to a real case. It can be your company where you work, a project or a company that we match you with.
- Throughout the year you engage and grow in a Mastermind program, in which you will get support and feedback on how to grow both as a leader and how to take your business to the next step.
- All courses come with a certification. After having completed the Transformational Leadership course, and you have earned the certificate for each of the other 4 courses in the program, then you will receive your certificate as a Certified Sustainability Manager
